PRICES
Prices quoted in our catalogue are ex-stock, Bangalore. Sales tax, special packing in cool box, forwarding and freight expenses will be charged extra. All the prices quoted are retail prices applicable at the time of printing the catalogue and subject to change without prior notice. You can order your personal copy of the catalogue by contacting our Regional Representatives.
RATE CONTRACT
We can offer special discount for the annual rate contract to your institute. To avail this facility, please write to us.
TAXES:
Central Sales Tax/ Karnataka Sales Tax will be charged extra. Customers desiring to enjoy any concession on tax must submit the necessary concessional declaration (viz. Form 'C', 'D' etc) form along with their order. In the absence of which C.S.T / K.S.T will be charged extra.
Octroi and other levies, if any, will be to the buyers account.
PAYMENT
Payments are to be made by Bank Drafts or Cheques only. It must be drawn in favour of 'Sanmar Speciality Chemicals Limited' payable at Bangalore.
Credit of Payment, if followed by us, is for 30 days only. Failure to make full payment within 30 days will attract interest of 21% on the invoice value which will be calculated from the date of invoice.
DAMAGE
All goods manufactured by Bangalore Genei come with 'Satisfaction Guarantee' i.e. we shall replace products which have not performed under proper conditions. Please mention lot no. date of purchase and our invoice no. for our follow up within 20 days.
PART SHIPMENT
Please allow part shipment in your order since some items may be out of stock because of strict quality control followed by us. |
